Betty I. Best, 71, died Tuesday at Woodard's Care Inc.
Graveside service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Phillips Family Cemetery, with the Rev. Rick Mondell officiating.
Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late John and Lula Baker Phillips.
She is survived by two children.
Visitation will follow the service.
Arrangements are by Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
