Evalina Henry, 60, 603 W. Chestnut St., Goldsboro, N.C., passed away Tuesday April 19, 2016, at Wayne Memorial Hospital of Goldsboro, N.C.
Funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, April 23, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Eastern Chapel, 1401 N. Carolina St., Goldsboro, N.C.
Interment will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park North, 1191 Old Grantham Road, Dudley, N.C.
Ms. Evalina Henry was preceded in death by her father, Harry Bizzell.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories one daughter, Tomesha Henry (Allen) Kornegay; mother, Mildred Turnage Henry both of Goldsboro, N.C.; stepmother, Etta Bea Bizzell of Tallahassee, Fla.; five sisters, Cassie (Ray) Pearsall and Ira Fussell, Brenda (Nathan) Daniel and Mildred Royal all of Goldsboro, N.C., and Ruth Bizzell (Jesse) Dillard and Denise Allen Bizzell both of Tallahassee, Fla.; four brothers, Windley (Brenda) Henry of Raleigh, N.C., George (Ella) Henry and James (Juliana) both of Clayton, N.C., and Tom (Lisa) Henry of Goldsboro, N.C.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
A public viewing will be held Friday, April 22, 2016, from 4 to 7 p.m., with the family being present to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m., at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro, N.C.
