MARY DEANE WEEKS RADFORD

Mary Deane Weeks Radford, 80, Durham, passed away Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016.
She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Earl L. Radford; her parents, Gordon B. and Gladys B. Weeks of Goldsboro; and her brother, Gordon Kenneth Weeks.
She was born in Sampson County, grew up in Goldsboro, graduated from Goldsboro High School in 1954 and had resided in Durham since that time.
She was a longtime member of Asbury United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Marvin Reep Sunday school class.
She was first a homemaker, and then worked at CWJ Heating and Air Conditioning for many years.
Surviving are daughter, Robin R. King and husband, Rod, of Durham; son, David L. Radford and wife, Brenda, of Durham; son, Stephen G. Radford of Raleigh; grandchildren, Ashleigh R. Dippolito and husband, Brett, of Durham, Michael Lamar Radford and wife, Laura, of Hillsborough, Caitlin K. Morris and husband, Bradley, of Charlotte, Joshua Gordon Radford and wife, Victoria, of Wendell, Jacob Charles and Amanda Grace Radford of Raleigh; and great-grandchildren, Ryan Michael and William Earl "Liam" Dippolito of Durham, Sydney Autumn Radford of Hillsborough and Lillian Deane Morris of Charlotte.
She was also looking forward to welcoming her fifth great-grandchild in July, baby boy Dippolito.
Also surviving are sisters-in-law, Ginja R. Weeks of Graham and Mildred R. Cathey of Tampa, Fla., as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Funeral services will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Alice Davis officiating.
Visitation will be held at Clements Funeral Home Tuesday evening, March 29, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church, 806 Clarendon St., Durham, N.C., 27705.
The family is being assisted by Clements Funeral Service Inc. in Durham.
