Lila Newsome Hines, 68, died July 30 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. Interment will be private.
She was born Jan. 8, 1947, in Wayne County to Oberry Newsome and Helen Bryant Newsome.
She is survived by a daughter.
