Anthony M. Bonner, 49, 344 Piedmont Airline Road, passed away Sunday in Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He was born Oct. 1, 1965, in Philadelphia, Pa., to Acie Bonner and Joyce Martin Sykes.
He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Margaret Raynor Braswell.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Eastern Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Timothy Dortch officiating. The Haskins Community Choir will provide the music ministry. Burial will follow in Barnes Cemetery.
Loving memories are cherished by his wife, Annie Braswell Bonner of the home; children, Anthony Braswell Bonner and Anica Bonner of Goldsboro; one grandchild, Aneim Brown of Goldsboro; parents, Accie Bonner of Philadelphia, Pa., and Joyce Martin Sykes of Goldsboro; a special nephew, Tarell Markee Braswell; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m., with the family present to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m., at Haskins Funeral Home. At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence, where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
