MARY W. NUNN

Mary Elizabeth Windham Nunn, 66, Goldsboro, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015, at her home surrounded by her family.
Mary was born in Wayne County Oct. 24, 1948, to the late Edgar Windham and Doris Bass Windham. She was married to the late William Vann Nunn.
For many years, Mary worked at Rosewood Food Liner.
She will be remembered as a community friend.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015, in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home. Interment will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Deanna Nunn Twist of Goldsboro; grandson, James William Lane; granddaughter, Harlie Twist; and her sisters, Pat Singleton and husband, Bobby, Shirley Boyette and husband, Steve, and Susan Creech and husband, Jimmy, all of Goldsboro.
She is survived by her stepsister, Roberta Weeks, and stepbrothers, John Neal Hales and Jimmy C. Hales.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mary was preceded in death by her stepfather, John C. Hales.
The family will receive friends Thursday following the service at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at the home of her sister, 106 Laura Lane, Goldsboro, N.C.
