Keith Greenfield, 60, died Tuesday the SECU Hospice House-Johnston in Smithfield.
The funeral will be held at noon on Sunday at St. James Church of Christ.
The burial will be at First Congregational UCC Cemetery in Dudley.
The a visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
He was born on June 28, 1954, in Wayne County to Edward Greenfield Sr. and Magdalene Howard Greenfield.
He is survived by his wife, Ada Armstrong Greenfield, and his children.
