Lawrence Ray Collins, 37 died May 27 in Concord.
Graveside service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Hooks Grove Church Cemetery.
He was the son of Minnie Artis.
He is survived by four children.
The family will assemble at 1:45 p.m. at the cemetery for the service.
Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Chapel.
