Mr. James David Price, 67, 1919-A Boyette Road, Four Oaks, N.C., formerly of Kenly, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014, at Johnston Health in Smithfield, N.C.
He was born in Wilson County, N.C., June 23, 1946, to the late John Clifton and Lillie May Lamm Price.
Mr. Price was a Vietnam veteran.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2014, at Kenly Cemetery, with the Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home.
Survivors include his son, James D. Price and partner, Tracy Barefoot, of Four Oaks, N.C.; daughter, Angela Price and partner, John Lancaster, of Kenly, N.C.; brother, William Ray Price of Kenly, N.C.; sisters, Patricia Smith and husband, W.T., of Fremont and Julia Denning of Grantham, N.C.; grandchildren, Colby Price and Waylon Price; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved pet, Brownie.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of Minshew-Coley Funeral Home, Kenly, N.C.
