Sylvia Grace Waters, 75, 792 Bennetts Bridge Road, Mount Olive, died Wednesday at Wake Medical Center.
Graveside service will be Monday at 3 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
She was married to the late J.W. Waters.
Arrangements are by Pink Hill Funeral Home.
