RUTH HOLLOMAN ANDREWS

GRANTHAM -- Ruth Ann Holloman Andrews, 86, died early Thursday morning, July 11, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
She is survived by her three daughters, Judy Griebenow of Smithfield, Gloria Henderson and her husband, Warren, of Goldsboro and Donna Albertson and her husband, Robert, also of Goldsboro; a sister, Ann Radford of Selma; and her twin brothers, Ronald "Wad" Holloman, and Donald "Tom" Holloman both of Princeton.
Mrs. Ruth is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Pearlie Hoskins Holloman; a daughter, Linda Kennedy; and her siblings, Christine Sanders, Emma Hughes, Pete Holloman, Elbert Holloman, Carolyn Gurley, Bill Holloman and two infant twins.
Services will be held tonight at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Tyndall Funeral Home. The Rev. Jerry Campbell will officiate the service, with the visitation immediately following the funeral.
Burial will take place Saturday morning at 11 a.m. in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive.
The family will also receive friends at the home of Mrs. Ruth on U.S. 13 South, Grantham.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be sent to Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
Mrs. Ruth was a member at Riverside Free Will Baptist Church, and served many years as a private duty sitter. She also worked in years past alongside her husband at their ceramic shop.
