WARSAW -- Bessie Mae Sutton, 88, 788 W. College St., died Sunday at Carolina East Hospice Center in Kenansville.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church Warsaw, with the Rev. Theodore Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
Born in Duplin County, she was the daughter of the late Carrie and Martha Swinson Sutton.
A son survives.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel.
The family will receive friends at the home.
