GEORGE B. AYCOCK

George Bennett Aycock, 66, Goldsboro, died Nov. 27, 2012.
He was born in Wayne County to the late Bennett Barnes and Blanche Drucilla Pearce Aycock.
Retired from the North Carolina Department of Correction, he was a past master of Wayne Masonic Lodge No. 112 and past district deputy grand lecturer.
He was also a member of the Goldsboro York Rite Bodies, where he had received the honor of KYCH and the Order of the Purple Cross in The York Rite College, and was a 15-year member of The Wayne County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 62.
Masonic graveside services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
