PIKEVILLE -- Mrs. Lois Jean "Charly" Chaille May, 70, died Monday morning, Oct. 15, 2012, at her home.
Mrs. May was a native of Covington, Ky., born Sept. 28, 1942, the daughter of Merlin and Anna Jean Richardson Chaille.
She and her husband had made their home in the Bullhead Community of Greene County since 1999.
Mrs. May was a member of Davis Grove Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Davis Grove Baptist Church. Committal services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at Eureka Cemetery in Eureka.
Mrs. May is survived by her husband, Donald Eugene "Don" May of the home; daughters, Deborah Marie Gerard and husband, Scott, of Bradenton, Fla., and Kimberly Ann Tapley and husband, Jimmy, of Goldsboro; sons, Scott Allen May and wife, Charita, of Pikeville and Stancil Jeffrey May and fiancé, Emily Boone, of Tampa, Fla.; grandchildren, Rachel Kimberly Gorman, Kyle Tapley and Bradley Rogers; and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday following the service and other times at the home.
