DUDLEY -- Mildred R. Shaffer, 81, 106 Crescent Drive, died July 27, 2012 at Mount Olive Care and Rehabilitation Center.
A private memorial service will be held.
She was born June 24, 1931, in Tunkhannock, Pa., to Leo and Dora Bell Clark.
She is survived by a daughter and a son.
