James Gilbert Jones, 91, 903B Slaughter St., died Saturday at Willow Creek Nursing Home in Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at First African Baptist Church. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born Nov. 4, 1920, in Mount Olive to the late Connie and Bertha Jones.
He is survived by his wife, four daughters, five sons, two stepdaughters and a stepson.
Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at E.M. Matthews Funeral Home.
