OXFORD, Miss. -- Mrs. Beverly Brawn Waller, 90, a homemaker, died Saturday, March 31, 2012, at Azalea Gardens in Oxford, Miss.
Funeral services were Sunday, April 1, 2012, in the chapel of Waller Funeral Home, with the Rev. Warren Black and the Rev. Frank Poole officiating.
Visitation was held prior to the service from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will follow Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. in Wayne Memorial Park Cemetery in Goldsboro, with the Rev. Leland Heath and the Rev. Bobby Smith officiating.
A visitation will be held prior to the graveside service from 1 to 2 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home in Goldsboro.
Born in Brunswick, Maine, Mrs. Waller was the widow of Dr. Coy W. Waller.
She was a member of Oxford-University United Methodist Church, P.E.O., Chapter I, Oxford Garden Club, and served as treasurer of Cedar Oaks.
In addition to local organizations, she was an avid supporter of the University of Mississippi with the Beverly B. Waller Unitrust Endowment funded in her name.
Survivors include two daughters, Debby W. Carnathan and her husband, Jim, of Houston, Miss., and Liz W. Thomas and her husband, Keith, of Collierville, Tenn.; two sons, James W. Waller and his wife, Beatrice, of Ada, Okla., and David G. Waller and his wife, Beth, of Honolulu, Hawaii; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
