WILMINGTON -- Robert Lee Dunn passed away Wednesday evening, Nov. 30, 2011, at home in Wilmington.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
The family will receive friends Saturday from noon to 12:45 p.m. at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home.
Robert was born Aug. 19, 1946, to the late Arthur and Ruth Lee Dunn.
He was an avid golfer.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Mary Ann Dunn; three brothers, Richard Dunn and wife, Debbie, of New Jersey, William Dunn and wife, Joanne, of New Jersey and James Dunn and wife, Helen, of Raleigh; and two sisters, Patricia Holmes and husband, Ray, of Belfast and Barbara Riddle of Goldsboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
