LaGRANGE -- Carl Edward "Toad" Foster Sr., 65, of LaGrange, passed away Friday.
A service of remembrance will be held today, at 3 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Brown officiating. Interment will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
Carl was born in Nottaway County, Va., to the late Charles Henry Foster Jr. and Jennie Daniel Herring.
Carl is survived by his wife, Martha Swinson Foster and one son.
The family will receive friends today following the service of remembrance and at other times they will be at the home.
