ALICE MOZINGO CREECH

CAYCE, S.C. -- Alice Mozingo Creech, 86, wife of the late Norwood "Jack" Creech, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, early Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011, at home surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Whitehead officiating. Entombment will follow at Wayne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and immediately following the service at the Mausoleum.
She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Creech Alphin of Cayce, S.C., Diane Creech Spence and husband, Roger, of White Lake; her sons, Kenneth Creech and wife, Brenda, of Gaston, S.C.; Jacky Creech and wife, Debbie, of Cayce, S.C., Randy Creech and wife, Jackie, of Pelion, S.C.; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mildred Barwick of Rocky Mount, Marie Kennedy of Goldsboro, Eunice Hines of Mount Olive; and two sisters-in-law, Tempie Hare of Grantham, and Lucy Mozingo of Jackson; and a brother-in-law, Edward Allen of Goldsboro.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Addie and Ed Mozingo; her brothers, Donald Mozingo, Wyatt Mozingo and Troy Mozingo; and her sisters, Laura Lutz, Polly Suitor, Emma Talton and Dolly Allen.
