CLARENCE EDWIN WILKINS JR.

ATLANTA, Ga. -- Clarence Edwin Wilkins Jr., died peacefully June 15, 2011, in Atlanta, Ga., at the age of 95.
He was born Dec. 25, 1915, in Goldsboro, N.C., to Clarence Edwin Wilkins and Minnie Grant Wilkins.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina, and spent most of his career working for Exxon-Mobil in the coatings division.
Preceded in death by his wife, Frances Moore Wilkins, he is survived by his daughter, Betsy Wilkins Robinson and her husband, Rutledge Lee Robinson; son, Edwin Grant Wilkins and his wife, Julie Lowery; and grandchildren, Elizabeth Moore Robinson, John Rutledge Robinson and Caroline Frances Robinson.
There will be a family graveside service at Willowdale Cemetery in Goldsboro, N.C., at a later date.
