SMITHFIELD -- Ruby Wadsworth Collins, 82, died Monday.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sardis Baptist Church, with the Rev. Johnathan Massey officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 4, 1928, the daughter of the late George Austin and Lillie Holmes Wadsworth. She was the widow of Lonnie Collins.
She is survived by a son.
Visitation will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Sardis Baptist Church.
