CLEO C. WYNN

Cleo Carraway Wynn, 84, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at the Brian Center.
Cleo was born in Wayne County Dec. 19, 1926, to the late M.B. and Sudie Hinson Carraway.
She was a member of Daniels United Methodist Church and the ladies auxiliary.
Cleo's primary goal was the happiness and security of her family. She will be remembered as loving and caring wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 12, 2011, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by her funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel, with the Rev. John Dutton officiating. Interment will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
Cleo is survived by her husband of 63 years, William Grey Wynn; her daughters, Mary Jo Pope and husband, Roy, of Four Oaks and Susan Wynn of Wilmington; her son, Michael Wynn and wife, Sharon, of Avon; her sister, Elender James of Garner; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Connie Coker.
