Betty Bridgers Jernigan, 70, 119 Susan Circle, died Thursday morning at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Lewis Baker and the Rev. Kelley Buffalo officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Born Oct. 12, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Willard Marlin and Ruby Toler Bridgers. She was the widow of the late Johnnie Allen Jernigan Sr.
She is survived by a son and a daughter.
The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. Monday at Casey Funeral Home Chapel.
