KINSTON -- Rufus Freeman Wade, 63, died Tuesday.
Wade was born June 23, 1947, in Lenoir County to the late Henry Mark Wade Sr. and Fruzzie Mae Gilbert Wade. He was married to Wendy Butler Wade.
A graveside service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Westview Cemetery, with the Rev. Tony McLamb officiating.
Wade is survived by a son.
Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home in LaGrange.
