TARBORO -- Arthur Thomas "Tommy" Outlaw, 62, died Friday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Howard Memorial Presbyterian Church in Tarboro.
He was the son of Woodrow and Ruth Heath Outlaw of Kenansville, and was married to Sue B. Outlaw.
He is survived by four children.
Visitation will be tonight from 7 to 9 at Carlisle Funeral Home in Tarboro.
