Willie Greenfield Jr., 62, entered into rest on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010 in Tampa, Fla.
His life and memory will be celebrated Tuesday at 1 p.m. at St. James AME Zion Church, 205 South George St., Goldsboro.
He was the son of the late Willie and Blanchie Greenfield, born on July 21, 1948, in Goldsboro.
Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Linda D. Greenfield, Tampa, Fla.; former wife, Lettie Mitchell of Claymont, Del.; one daughter, Donna Holmes of Wilmington, Del.; two sons and daughter-in-law, Willie H. Greenfield III of Claymont, Del., and Brent M. Greenfield and Krystal Greenfield Townsend, Del.; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Geneva Ward of Rio Linda, Calif., Lethia Joyce Sutton of Goldsboro, and Essie Robinson of Snow Hill.
Visitation Monday from 2 until 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at 135 Gray Turnage Road, Snow Hill where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
