MAXTON -- Gerald Summerlin, 58, died Sunday at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Community Funeral Home chapel in Warsaw. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
He was born Nov. 19, 1951, in Onslow County to the late Stephen L. and Nona A. Summerlin.
He is survived by two sons and three daughters.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Community Funeral Home.
