ROSEWOOD -- Martha Anne Baker Walters, 69, died Monday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center of Goldsboro.
Born June 12, 1941, in Johnston County to the late George Gilbert and Lucy Lee Rose Baker, she attended Goldsboro Worship Center.
Funeral services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home in Princeton, with Mrs. Marty Peeden officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service. The burial service will take place Friday at 10 a.m. in Baker's Chapel Church Cemetery.
Surviving are her husband Royce Walters; sons, Andy Walters and wife, Glenda, of Rosewood and Leland Walters Jr. and wife, Dawn, of Princeton; brothers, Bill Baker of Aurora, Herman Baker of Venice, Fla., and Jackie Baker of Aynor, S.C.; sisters, Pearl Allen of Garner and Kathy Medlin of Holly Ridge; and two grandchildren, Veronica Williams and Christian Walters.
Flowers are acceptable or memorials may be made to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Place Court, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
