Eleanor Louise Hartman, 85, passed away Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Adam Seate officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Hartman had worked for the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce for many years and was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Hartman is survived by her husband, Robert Hartman; her daughter, Mary Margaret Swanner; her son, David Dannehl; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 930B Wellness Drive, Greenville, N.C., 27834.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
