WARSAW -- Joe Taylor Lanier, 74, died Friday.
A memorial service will be held tonight at 7 at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw.
He was born in Duplin County Dec. 30, 1934, to the late Jimmy Dewey and Mary Alice Howard Lanier.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Donna Jean Braswell Lanier, and a daughter.
Visitation will follow the service.
Community Funeral Home of Warsaw Inc. is handling the arrangements.
