Glenn Howard Davis, 77, 1306 Patetown Road, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family.
Funeral Services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank Flowers officiating. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
Mr. Davis was born in Wayne County on Feb. 4, 1932, to the late James Albert Davis and Glennie Bailey Davis. He was retired from Waukesha Electric Systems with over 30 years of service. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
Howard is survived by his wife, Peggy Mozingo Davis; a daughter, Jennifer J. Lancaster and husband, Eric, of Goldsboro; a son, Frank Davis and wife, Faye, of Fremont. Mr. Davis is also survived by his four grandchildren, Brandon Davis, Morgan Davis, Christina Lancaster and Corrie Lancaster; and his sister, Shirley Davis Newsome of Fremont.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Davis was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Crawfor; and a brother, James Landis Davis.

The family will receive friends following the service at Seymour Funeral Home and at other times at the residence of Frank and Faye Davis, 885 N.C. 222 East, Fremont.
