Mr. Jeremiah Sloan, 59, Hampstead, died Tuesday at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington.
Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church in Kenansville on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Darrell Todd officiating. Burial will follow at Sloan Family Cemetery, Magnolia.
He is survived by one son.
A visitation of family and friends will be held on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m., one hour prior to the funeral at First Baptist Church in Kenansville.
Arrangements are being handled by Rose Hill Funeral Home Service.
