DANIEL O. BIELBY
Died Dec. 5, 2008
Daniel Own Bielby, 57, Newport, died Friday at home after an extended illness.
His service was held Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City.
Mr. Bielby and his wife Carol, owned and operated Carteret Pest Control for 24 years.
Danny is survived by his wife, Carol Eubanks Bielby of Newport; two sons, Stacy Bielby and Patrick Bielby; two stepdaughters, Darlene Spann and Kelly Bruns; four grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; four brothers, Gary Bielby, Early Bielby and wife, Bobbie Ann, Keith Bielby and Tommy Moore; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Hospice and Carteret County for their support during Danny's illness and especially his nurse, Scott Thompson, for his care and kindness.
