DORIS BARWICK
Died Nov. 15, 2008
DUDLEY -- Doris B. Bar-wick, of the Indian Springs Community, widow of Leon Barwick, died Saturday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Tyndall Funeral Home, with the Rev. Sherman Dilley officiating. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
She was a long-time member of Northeast Original Free Will Baptist Church and was involved in Indian Springs Community Crime Watch.
She is survived by two sons, Roger Barwick and wife, Lynn, of Princeton, and Lawrence Barwick of Mount Olive; a daughter, Neta Conley and husband, Larry, of New Bern; one sister, Joyce Oates of Faison; and five grandchildren, Ashley Tillett, Sarah Barwick, Conner Adams, Kailey Adams and Nicholas Adams.
She is predeceased by a daughter, Barbara Lynn Bar-wick, and a grandson, Brad Barwick.
