BURGAW -- Ms. Rebecca Austin, 90, Rose Hill, died Saturday at Pender Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, Rose Hill, on Saturday at 11 am. with the Rev. Anthony Flow officiating. Burial will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park in Chesapeake, Va.
She is survived by one sister, Ruth M. McCloud of Rose Hill; six grandchildren, Janice Ellerbee (Nathaniel) of Rose Hill, Linda C. Carr of Teachey, Lillie B. Carr of Wallace, Rebecca Coston (Samuel) of Teachey, Judy Wilson (Johnnie) of Teachey and John W. Carr Jr. of Rose Hill; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A visitation of family and friends will be held on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m., one hour prior to the funeral at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 472 Wells Town Road, Rose Hill.
