Elaine Emelda Dupree, 1451 S. Main St., Farmville, died Wednesday.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the L.N. Forbes Tabernacle, 1800 Lane St., Wilson, with Bishop L.N. Forbes officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Garden, Farmville.
A retired teacher in the Wayne County School System, Mrs. Dupree was the daughter of the late Rev. Daniel and Cora Blount Dupree.
She is survived by an adopted daughter and nieces and nephews.
A walk-in viewing will be held Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home and from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the L.N. Forbes Tabernacle.
Arrangements are with Horne Funeral Home, 9171 Marlboro Road, Farmville. The family requests donations be made to the O.F.W.B. L.P. Manning Scholarship Fund.
