DECATUR, Ga. -- Candace Moore, 26, 5102 Dupont Lane, Tucker, Ga., formerly of Goldsboro, died Wednesday at DeKalb Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel with apostle D.L. McIntyre officiating. Burial will follow in Old Mill Cemetery.
She is survived by her mother, Shelby Vann of Stone Mountain, Ga.; her father and step-mother, Charles and Alyssa Moore of Monroe, Ga.; maternal grandmother, Betty Swinson of Stone Mountain, Ga.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at 508 Quail Drive and will assemble there in preparation for the funeral procession.
