Freida "Princess" Farfour Capps, 48, Clingman St., passed away Tuesday at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill after a lengthy illness.
Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church, located on the corner of Edgerton and Jefferson St. in Goldsboro. Burial will follow at Willow Dale Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Charles "Glenn" Capps; her parents, Edmund G. and Joyce Cooper Farfour of Goldsboro; one son, Matthew Ryan Capps of the home; one brother, Detective Sergeant Richard "Rick" Farfour of Goldsboro; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro and other times at the home of her parents, 1704 Laurel Street in Goldsboro.
