MILDRED T. TWYMAN
Died July 14, 2008
JACKSONVILLE -- Mildred Tallman Twyman, 85, died on Monday at Onslow Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church on Thursday at 2 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at 3 p.m. Burial will be at Jacksonville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Twyman was a retired civil service examiner in charge in with the United States Post Office. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church since 1932 and a lifelong member of the Women's Society of Christian Service of the Methodist Church. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was the daughter od Rendell R. Tallman and Viola Martin Tallman of Jacksonville and the sister of R.F., Donald and Dick Tallman. Mrs. Twyman was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Gordon Twyman of Jacksonville.
She is survived by her daughter, Jo Ann Twyman Smith and husband, Steve of Goldsboro, Troy Issac Smith of Greensboro and special friend Meagan Tucker.
