LAXMIBEN N. PARMAR
March 20, 1929-April 17, 2008
Laxmiben Nathubhai Parmar, 79, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2008, at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton.
The family will have a religious ceremony at the residence this morning at 9 a.m. at 2316 N. William St. The funeral will follow at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro, with visitation prior to the service.
Mrs. Parmar was born in Surat District, India, on March 20, 1929, to the late Ratanjibhai Parmar and Laduben Parmar.
She is survived by her four sons, Amrutlal N. Parmar and his wife, Mina, of Garner, Natvarlal N. Parmar and his wife, Lataben, of Goldsboro, Navindrabhai N. Parmar and his wife, Bhagirathi, of Warsaw and Bharat N. Parmar and his wife, Jyotsna, of Albemarle, N.C.; two daughters, Dhanuben S. Parmar of Elizabeth City, N.C. and Manjulaben P. Chauhan and her husband, Parbhubhai, of Clinton; one sister, Hiraben D. Parmar of India; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Parmar was preceded in death by her husband, Nathubhai Parmar.
