Funeral services for Eddie Gills, 82, of 803 N. Claiborne St., who died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel, Goldsboro, with Elder Ray Williams officiating. Interment will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born in Wayne County to the late Jacob Gills and Isabella Hicks.
Seven children survive.
Wake will be 7-8 p.m. tonight and at other times the family will be at 148 Mill Dam Lane, Goldsboro.
