Nezzie V. Carter, 85, died Friday at Duke University Medical Center.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Peace Missionary Baptist Church, Durham. Viewing will be at the church from 10 a.m. until noon with visitation from noon until 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Beechwood Cemetery. Family will be at the home of Yvette Lee, 111 W. Alton St., Durham.
