DUDLEY -- Albert Junior "Airport" Exum, 58, formerly of Fremont, passed away Friday in Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Vangeline D. Artis of the home and Deonne Exum of Albany, N.Y.; three sisters, the Rev. Ida Hamilton of Wilson, N.C., Ruby Coney of West Palm Beach, Fla., Lynette Evans of Goldsboro, N.C.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be noon Tuesday at Christ Centered Church on Florida Street. Burial will be in Fremont Cemetery. Viewing will be 2-7 p.m. Monday at McIntyre Funeral Chapel, Goldsboro. The family will be present from 6 to 7 p.m. and other times at the home of Lynette Evans, 1205 Maple St. Services entrusted by Carlton L. Gray Funeral and Cremation Services, Raleigh, N.C.
