NORFOLK, Va. -- Sandra Lee Smith, of 8534 Chesapeake Blvd., died Friday. She was born in Duplin County to the late John and Ella Whaley.
Two children survive.
Entombment services will be 2 p.m. today at Devotional Garden in Warsaw.
