Benjamin Chad Carey, 21, of 240 Antioch Road, died Sunday.
Chad was born in Augusta, Ga., on April 4, 1986. He worked with Coca Cola Bottling Company in Goldsboro.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Saulston United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Rick Ward officiating. Burial will follow in the Patetown Cemetery.
Chad is survived by his father, Greg Carey and stepmother, Michelle, of Goldsboro; his sisters, Brittney Carey, Sarah Carey and Emily Carey, all of Goldsboro; his mother, Sabrena Stepp of Kentucky; his paternal grandfather, Ben Carey of Pikeville; his aunts and uncles, Diane and Johnny Herring, Pam and Donnie Ginn and Kim Bouillon; and seven cousins.
The family will receive friends Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Saulston United Methodist Church.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
