CHARLOTTE A. MARTIN

PIKEVILLE -- Charlotte A. Martin, 71, passed away Thursday at home after a battle with pancreas cancer.
Charlotte was born in Floyd County, Ky., to the late Frank Clark and Victoria Jacob Clark. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Pleasant Hill F.W.B. Church. The Rev. Chuck Owens will officiate. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 46 years, Dale L. Martin; one daughter, Deborah Martin of Rosewood; sons, Gary Martin of Marino Valley, Calif. and David Martin of Henderson; one sister, Mary Mason of Florida; four brothers, Dickie Clark of Indiana, James Clark, Joe Clark and Charles Clark, all of Kentucky; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by one daughter, Denise Martin; two sons, Michael Martin and Randall Martin; and one sister, Billie Yvonne Clark.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. in the church fellowship hall and other times at 1446 Capps Bridge Road in Pikeville.
