Mary Ann Skeete, 58, of Goldsboro died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007, at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Hospital.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Zion Church Ministries with Apostle Tino Bell officiating. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
She is survived by her daughters, Tracy Walker and Soyrorian "Niecy" McLendon, both of Okinawa, Japan; mother and stepfather, Maggie Artis and Christopher Faircloth of Mount Olive; brothers, Samuel Lee Artis of Fayetteville and Jerry Dyson of Ohio; sisters, Haley DeMarty, Doretha Stanhop and Dazel Ward, all of Connecticut, Queicine Artis of Mount Olive; special nephew, Dominique Blue of Massachuetts; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Willie Artis Jr.
Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Friday at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro. The family will receive friends at 903 S. Claiborne St.
