Brenda Grant Pilkington, 55, of 109 Zeke's Lane, died today at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Brenda was born in Wayne County to Myrtle Lynch Grant and the late Charles Brantley Grant. She was a homemaker.
Funeral services will be held Sat-urday at 7 p.m. at Sey-mour Fu-neral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dock Hobbs officiating. Burial will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
In addition to her mother, Brenda is survived by her husband, Jimmy Pilkington; her daughters, Katrina Jenkins of Virginia, Amy Ballance of Fremont, and Christy Pigg of Seven Springs; her brothers, Earl Grant of Fremont and Bobby Grant of LaGrange; six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following the funeral service at Seymour Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
