Tommie Jean West, 57, 108 Amhurst Drive, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Mrs. West was born in Columbus, Ga. She was a retired hairstylist with The Hairport.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Jason Cook will officiate.
Mrs. West is survived by her husband, Milton West; her sons, James West and wife, Jonna, of Virginia, Mathew West and wife, Amy, of Wilmington and Tommy West and wife, Beth, of Wilmington; her mother, Lois Wells; eight grandchildren; her sisters, Brenda Borne of Louisiana and Marie Leasemon of Texas; and her brother, Richard Borne of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, W.L. Wells.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at her home.
